These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

Users agree to defend and indemnify Technovalley, including its officers, instructors, employees, and affiliates, against claims or liabilities arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms.

This indemnification includes reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Technovalley in connection with any claim.

• Technovalley does not guarantee certification or exam outcomes from external agencies such as Oracle or EC-Council.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technovalley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
